1. Services

X3M Pro (license CMC1251576) provides residential HVAC repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency services in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, Florida. Service is subject to availability and acceptance of each request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates. Final pricing is determined after on-site diagnosis and is presented before work begins.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranties, when applicable, are described in the service invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X3M Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or services rendered.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
